Common questions
Will the Grout Go Back to White?
This is the question we're asked most often — and we'll always give you an honest answer. On lightly to moderately stained grout, professional deep cleaning typically restores it to close to its original colour. On heavily stained white grout that has been neglected for many years, a significant improvement is virtually guaranteed but a full return to bright white may not be achievable.
What we will never do is tell you the results will be perfect when they won't. If we feel the grout condition means cleaning alone won't achieve the result you're hoping for, we'll tell you before we start — not after.
What about grout recolouring?
You may have seen other companies offering grout recolouring or grout painting as a solution for heavily stained grout. We don't offer this service — and here's why. Grout recolouring products apply a surface coating over the existing grout rather than cleaning it.
In our experience they peel and chip over time in a wet shower environment, leaving grout looking significantly worse than before. We focus exclusively on solutions that actually last — deep cleaning, genuine repair, or regrouting where necessary.
